What you can expect- You support and accompany our recruiters in the entire recruiting process and take over first acquaintance meetings and the onboarding
- You contribute ideas and your know-how to the further development and implementation of our recruiting strategy
- You are responsible for various HR-related projects such as researching role profiles and active sourcing
- You want to gain insight into a fast-growing startup and help build and expand our HR department together with us
- You will proactively participate in strategic projects and planning
