In Detail: 

• Lead a team of Data Science experts, driving quality and on-time delivery of solutions.
• Showcase your expertise in SQL and Python
• Delving into process mining tools like Celonis, RPA, and BPM. Other nice nishes are Aris, Make/Integromat, SAP, Salesforce
• Spearhead resource planning and foster personal development within the team through regular check-ins and mentorship (performance review)
• Engage directly with clients, from pre-sales to post-implementation, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are nurtured
• Champion adherence to Processand's best practices while actively contributing to the evolution of new ones
• Tackle challenges with a goal-oriented, pragmatic approach, all while maintaining a collaborative team environment
• Participate in hiring efforts and lead interviews to expand and strengthen our team
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with existing clients and explore potential sales opportunities in the East Europe and Nordics region (Optional)
• Attend professional events like Celosphere to stay at the forefront of industry trends and networking opportunities (Optional)
