As a Program manager, your commitment ensures that our projects and programs run smoothly and are economical. You will act as a program manager and in individual cases as a project manager. In your function, you will take responsibility for your program planning and the corresponding reporting. Risk management and controlling as well as managing project communication are part of your daily work. You also measure and assess program progress and embody the vision and mission. You are the contact person and mediator for the various stakeholders and you facilitate the successful implementation of projects.


 What Your Role Will Look Like:

• Managing multiple projects for a single client or juggling projects for multiple clients
• Leading cross functional teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhere to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Actively managing the project budget by monitoring timesheets and subsequent approval and generating monthly invoices
• Develop project plan and monitor the progress
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Ensure customers satisfaction while managing their expectation throughout the implementation process
• Control the change management process enabling the effective resource planning, forecasting and budgeting.
• Generate Change orders and follow up on PO
• Builds long-term relationships with clients that can be leveraged beyond specific engagements. 
• Proactively managing risks and issues and set up mitigation plan
• Acts as the first point of escalation for customers when they have questions or concerns with our delivery
• Provide accurate and timely data to drive dashboards related to project health and progress report
